Stephanie participated in a study abroad program called Semester at Sea during her undergraduate studies. She spent four months living on a ship, where Stephanie had the opportunity to travel around the world and visit 12 different countries. Stephanie is the proud daughter of two Brazilian immigrants and a first-generation American; the first in her family to be born in America.
