Outside the office, Scott proudly embraces his role as a dedicated dad to three amazing kids. He spends nearly all of his free time with his wife and children, often catching waves together. Surfing is a big part of their family life, and all three kids have earned recognition as competitive surfers. Scott also coaches a variety of youth sports, including baseball and football.
