Eligibility: In order to be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old. To enter the raffle, a person must have filled out this form completely. Multiple entries will not yield a better chance of winning. By filling out this form you agree to these terms.

Winner Selection: The raffle will end on June 10, 2023 at 11:59 P.M., PST and the winner will be announced soon after the raffle end date. The winner will be chosen in a random drawing and will be notified by email OR phone.
Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The winner will be notified by email or phone. Winner must respond within thirty (30) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a winner of the prize cannot be contacted or prize is returned as undeliverable, such winner forfeits the prize. In the event the prize winner is disqualified for any reason, FIELDING LAW, APC will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing among all remaining eligible entries.
