Meet Victoria
Victoria Huang is our current law clerk at the Irvine, California office. Her law clerk experience brings both care and passion to her work. The law clerk position is often filled by law students or recent graduates. This represents an exciting first step toward a legal career. Victoria is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at Arizona State University. She studied economics and architectural studies at Boston University. She was motivated to pursue a legal career after experiencing a tragic event that greatly influenced her to pursue a career in personal injury law.
Growing Every Day
Victoria’s rotation schedule allows her to gain law clerk experience with every team involved in the case process. Through the consultations team, she learns how cases are evaluated from the very first point of contact. She also learns what factors may help determine whether a potential claim can move forward.
Her time with the case management team helps her understand how cases are organized, documented, and guided through each stage.
Working with the demands and litigation teams introduces her to how settlements are prepared, how negotiations develop, and how attorneys advocate for clients throughout the legal process.
Victoria also spends time working closely with the attorneys, where she continues to develop her legal insight and observe case strategy in practice. In addition, her experience with the case resolutions team provides a clear view of how matters are finalized and how cases reach resolution.
Together, these experiences help Victoria build the practical knowledge and perspective that support her continued professional growth.
